About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to join OPULENT MEDIA LIMITED as an Account Manager Apprentice. Based in WICKFORD, you will be working for a leading luxury watch magazine, selling advertising to international luxury brands. This role involves a combination of administration, customer service, and marketing, with the potential to earn commission and significantly increase your basic salary. You will be responsible for managing subscribers, handling customer queries, coordinating magazine distribution, maintaining customer records, and assisting with marketing campaigns. Full training will be provided, and no prior experience is necessary. Ideal candidates will be motivated, organised, creative, and possess strong communication and customer service skills. Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 3 or above, strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administrative, logical, team working, creative, initiative, and patience skills.
