About the role
This apprenticeship provides a comprehensive introduction to property maintenance and carpentry within a skilled team. Over the course of the apprenticeship, you will gradually develop your skills and independence. Initially, you will work under direct instruction, learning to anticipate needs and perform basic labouring tasks. As you progress, you will gain competence with hand tools and become capable of carrying out observed tasks independently. Towards the end of the apprenticeship, you will be integrated into site teams for more complex projects, gaining valuable practical experience in a real-world construction environment. The role emphasizes the importance of communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork, with a requirement for physical fitness and the ability to drive.
