Duties will involve learning and developing skills in all aspects of first and second fix joinery, including installing windows and doors, laying floor joists and boards, erecting stud walls, fitting architraves, skirting boards, door frames and linings, and fitting kitchen and commercial cabinets. You will master the use of various handheld and power tools, follow technical plans, and collaborate with colleagues and customers to deliver high-quality work. The apprenticeship requires dedication, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Upon completion, there may be opportunities for progression within the company.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above. Desired skills include communication, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, initiative, patience, passion, enthusiasm, and the ability to follow instructions.
