About the role

Lotus Home Care is seeking caring and reliable individuals to join their team as a Level 2 Community Home Care Support Worker Apprentice. This full-time, paid role offers comprehensive training and the opportunity to gain a recognized qualification while building a rewarding career in care. Responsibilities include delivering person-centred care, assisting with medication, liaising with professionals, maintaining records, supporting individuals with complex needs, upholding safeguarding, and traveling between clients' homes. The role requires commitment, punctuality, the ability to learn quickly, and initiative. Candidates must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle. Due to insurance purposes, applicants must be 18 or over, and a full DBS check will be required.
