About the role

Lotus Home Care is seeking caring and reliable individuals to join their team as a Level 2 Community Home Care Support Worker Apprentice. This full-time, paid role offers comprehensive training and the opportunity to gain a recognized Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care while building a rewarding career.

Key responsibilities will include delivering person-centred care, assisting with medication when trained, liaising with healthcare professionals and families, monitoring health and well-being, supporting individuals with complex needs, upholding safeguarding duties, and traveling between client homes. Apprentices will also attend training and complete off-the-job learning.

This is a competitive opportunity for committed individuals ready to start a career in care. Candidates must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle. Due to insurance regulations, applicants must be 18 or over. A full DBS check will be required. Successful candidates will receive ongoing training with RNN Group and Lotus Home Care, including the Adult Care Worker Level 2 standard and Oliver McGowan Tier 2 training.
