About the role

Lotus Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to join their team as Level 2 Community Home Care Support Worker Apprentices. This full-time, paid role offers comprehensive training and the opportunity to earn a recognized Level 2 qualification while embarking on a fulfilling career in care. Apprentices will be trained to provide high-quality, person-centered care in clients' homes, which may include assisting with medication, liaising with healthcare professionals, monitoring well-being, and supporting individuals with complex needs. The role requires travel between clients' homes, with mileage reimbursement, and attendance at training sessions. Successful candidates will be committed, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team. A full DBS check and the ability to drive with access to a vehicle are mandatory.
