About the role

Lotus Home Care is seeking caring and reliable individuals to support clients in their own homes as a Level 3 Community Home Care Support Worker Apprentice. This full-time, paid role offers comprehensive training, leading to a recognized Level 3 qualification in Adult Care. Apprentices will gain hands-on experience in delivering person-centred care, creating care plans, administering medication (after training), liaising with healthcare professionals, and supporting individuals with complex needs. The apprenticeship is designed to prepare individuals for senior roles such as Lead Care Worker or Supervisor within the care sector. Candidates must be able to drive, have access to a vehicle, be over 18, and pass a full DBS check. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career in a close-knit team.
