About the role

Lotus Home Care is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Level 3 Community Home Care Support Worker Apprentices. This full-time, paid role offers comprehensive training, leading to a recognised Level 3 qualification in Adult Care. Apprentices will gain hands-on experience in delivering person-centred care, supporting clients with complex needs, administering medication, liaising with healthcare professionals, and upholding safeguarding responsibilities. The apprenticeship also includes off-the-job learning and preparation for senior roles such as Lead Care Worker or Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, reliable, possess excellent communication and organisational skills, and have a genuine desire to build a rewarding career in care. A driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE Maths & English A*-C/9-4. Candidates must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle. Not under 18.
