About the role
Mark Benson and Sons Limited is seeking a motivated Bricklayer Apprentice to join their family business. This role will involve working on construction projects in and around Plymouth. The apprentice will receive comprehensive training and dedicated support throughout their apprenticeship, with consistent supervision. Key duties include using appropriate tools to construct brick and block walls to industry standards, performing minor masonry repairs, maintaining a safe and clean worksite, and responsibly disposing of waste.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grades 1-9 (or equivalent). Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational, problem-solving, teamwork, initiative, patience, and physical fitness are desired.
