About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to train as a Childcare Level 3 practitioner at MEDUA BILINGUAL NURSERY LTD in WELLING. You will be supporting children aged 5 months to 5 years, acting as a key person to a small group, and fostering their learning and development. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with parents/carers, ensuring children's safety and well-being, providing stimulating play experiences, and actively participating in team meetings and training. The role requires excellent communication, IT, attention to detail, and teamwork skills. Upon successful completion, there is potential for a permanent position.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above, strong communication, IT, and organisational skills.
