About the role

Graded Films is seeking an ambitious AI Marketing Apprentice to join their team and contribute to the company's growth. This role involves using AI alongside traditional marketing techniques to attract new clients, strengthen the brand, and enhance marketing activities. The apprentice will research emerging AI tools, utilize AI for market analysis and audience insights, develop intelligent marketing campaigns, and assist with AI-powered client outreach. Responsibilities also include managing the company's digital presence across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram, creating engaging content, and supporting brand development. The apprentice will work closely with senior team members to develop marketing strategies and contribute fresh ideas. Production support, including capturing behind-the-scenes content, is also part of the role. Essential skills include strong social media understanding, excellent written English, proficiency in tools like Canva and Microsoft Office, organizational skills, and an interest in marketing analytics. A passion for film, television, or creative production, along with a proactive attitude, is highly valued. The apprenticeship offers an opportunity for career progression into a permanent Marketing & Growth Executive role.

Entry requirements

  • A strong understanding of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok. Excellent written English and communication skills. Confidence using Canva, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confidence learning new software independently. An interest in marketing analytics and audience insights. A passion for film, television or creative production. A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and continually develop your skills.
