Level 2 or 3 Apprentice Early Years Practitioner/Educator

About the role

This apprenticeship offers an opportunity to become an Early Years Practitioner/Educator. The role involves completing a full induction and mandatory training, followed by practical duties such as nappy changes, supporting safe sleep, maintaining a clean and safe environment, assisting children with eating, and developing an understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. The apprentice will work closely with children, contribute to a team environment, communicate effectively, and utilize observation, planning, assessment, and review methods. The role also includes creating inviting indoor and outdoor environments and requires a positive attitude, trustworthiness, conscientiousness, and strong teamwork. Upon completion, there are opportunities for further study, taking on additional roles like Well being Officer or SEN support, and potentially progressing to a supervisor position.
