Duties include: developing an understanding of product and service offerings, identifying potential customers and generating sales leads, assisting in sales presentations and proposals, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, handling customer inquiries, negotiating contracts, closing sales, collaborating with internal teams, staying updated on industry trends, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE Maths & English Grade A-C or 4-9. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, administrative, logical, teamwork, creative, initiative, non-judgemental, and patient skills.
