Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship

About the role

Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for learning about early years? This nursery is looking for someone to join their friendly team. Your role will be supporting children aged 3 months to 5 years. You will also be a key person to a small group of children, making learning fun and liaising closely with parents/carers.

Duties will include acting as a key person, building relationships with parents/carers, ensuring children's needs are met, working in partnership with families, reporting concerns to the manager, teaching children through stimulating play, ensuring child safety and following child protection procedures, and actively participating in team and supervision meetings. You will also be required to attend training courses and take responsibility for your personal development. The apprenticeship will lead to a permanent position upon successful completion.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Excellent communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administrative, analytical, logical, team working, creative, initiative, non-judgemental, patient, and physically fit.
