About the role
JAN PRESCHOOL LIMITED is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join their friendly team as a Childcare Level 3 apprentice. This role involves supporting children aged 6 weeks to 4 years, acting as a key person to a small group of children, making learning fun, and liaising closely with parents/carers. The apprentice will gain experience in various duties including building effective relationships with parents, advising the manager on child well-being and safety, teaching children through stimulating play, and ensuring child protection procedures are followed. The role also requires active participation in team meetings and a commitment to personal development through required training courses.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English & Maths grade 4 or above.
