About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Cliffe House Day Nurseries, an award-winning nursery group, and immerse yourself in the magical world of children's play. As an Early Years Educator apprentice, you will earn while you learn, completing your training in-house with dedicated tutors, eliminating the need for college attendance. This role offers progression from Level 2 and involves creating inspiring activities for children, supporting their daily needs, and teaching them through various play types both indoors and outdoors. You will gain new knowledge, skills, and behaviors throughout your apprenticeship to become a qualified practitioner. Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above, and a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification (Pass). Strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, number, and logical thinking skills are also essential, along with initiative, a non-judgemental attitude, patience, and physical fitness.
