About the role
This apprenticeship offers an exciting opportunity to become a qualified Early Years Lead Practitioner. You will create awe and inspiration for children by developing engaging activities and teaching them new skills. The role involves supporting children's daily needs, including mealtimes, sleep, and well-being, and enriching their cultural experiences through play, outings, and diverse learning environments. Throughout the apprenticeship, you will gain new knowledge, skills, and behaviours, leading to a Level 5 qualification. This pathway can progress to senior roles such as head of room, senior practitioner, deputy, or nursery manager.
