About the role

Green Gables Montessori Nursery is offering a full-time Early Years Level 3 Educator Apprenticeship in Harrogate. This apprenticeship provides an excellent opportunity to work within a nursery setting, immersing yourself in children's play and development. You will earn while you learn, completing your training at the nursery with in-house tutors, eliminating the need for external college attendance. The role involves creating engaging activities, teaching new skills, supporting children's daily needs, and facilitating their learning through various play types and outings. Upon completion, there are opportunities for career progression to roles such as head of room, senior practitioner, deputy, or nursery manager.

Entry requirements

• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 or above, and a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification (Pass). Strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, initiative, a non-judgemental attitude, patience, and physical fitness are also essential.
