About the role
LAURA'S SWIM ACADEMY LIMITED is offering a 2-year Swim Teaching Apprenticeship in BIRMINGHAM. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for working with children, swimming, and physical activity. You will support swim instructors, assist with poolside and administrative duties, and gain valuable experience. The academy will fund your lifeguarding and swim teacher qualifications. Duties include working directly with children aged 3+, assisting with leisure activities, maintaining pool safety, delivering targeted interventions, using swimphony software for progress reports, and performing reception and administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will have a great rapport with children, excellent communication skills, basic swimming and water safety knowledge, and be punctual and reliable.
