About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Community Activator Coach. You will work with children, primarily in primary schools, delivering sports and physical activity sessions. Responsibilities include supporting and leading PE lessons, running sports clubs, assisting with holiday camps and events, and helping to plan activities. You will also gain experience in a classroom setting as a Sports Teaching Assistant and support the recruitment team with administrative tasks. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sport and working with young people, offering a chance to learn the inner workings of a sports and education company. No prior experience is necessary, as enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key. The apprenticeship is part-funded by Coach Core, focusing on supporting young people who have faced barriers to employment. This is an 18-month program designed to foster growth and development within the sports and education sector.
