About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a qualified Early Years Educator at Level 3. You will gain hands-on experience working with young children in a nursery setting, supporting their learning and development through play in line with the EYFS framework. Responsibilities include planning and delivering age-appropriate activities, creating a safe and stimulating environment, observing and monitoring children's progress, and working collaboratively with colleagues and parents. The role also involves assisting with daily routines, promoting positive behaviour, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Upon completion, you will be a fully qualified practitioner, with potential to progress into senior roles such as Senior Practitioner, Room Leader, or Deputy Nursery Manager, with further advanced qualifications available.
