About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Nursery Apprentice at RFTC LTD to gain practical experience and work towards an Early Years qualification (Level 3). The role involves supporting educators in delivering the setting's curriculum, working closely with children aged 0-5, and contributing to their daily care and developmental progress. Responsibilities include planning age-appropriate play, ensuring child safeguarding, observing and recording learning, building positive relationships with parents, and maintaining health and safety standards. The apprenticeship offers a supportive environment with regular training and potential for career progression into leadership roles. The training will be delivered at the nursery setting with fortnightly tutor support.
