About the role
Outdoor Ambition Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice Activity Support team member to join their growing organisation. This role involves supporting young people aged 5-19 who face barriers to mainstream education through outdoor and adventurous learning. The apprentice will work towards the Outdoor Activity Instructor Level 3 qualification, gaining hands-on experience in delivering outdoor sessions, working with students with SEMH needs, and acting as a positive role model. The role requires flexibility in working hours, a full UK driving licence, and involves working across various locations in the North East.
