About the role
Embark on a rewarding career as an Early Years Educator with NEXT STEP TRAINING LTD. This Level 3 Apprenticeship offers hands-on experience, industry-recognised qualifications, and a clear path to career progression. You will assist in planning and delivering engaging activities for young children, create a safe and stimulating environment, and support children's development in line with the EYFS framework. Key duties include observing and monitoring children's progress, maintaining a safe learning space, promoting positive behaviour, and collaborating with colleagues and parents. The apprenticeship includes comprehensive training, with part of your working hours dedicated to off-the-job learning, including Functional Skills in English and Maths, and a paediatric first aid qualification. Training is delivered flexibly, either online or in person.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English/Maths at grade 4 or above (or equivalent). Strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, initiative, a non-judgemental attitude, and patience are essential.
