About the role

This is an opportunity to join Little Tree Day Nursery as a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging activities that promote children's physical, cognitive, and social development, while ensuring a safe and stimulating environment. The role involves building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and supporting the welfare of children in your care. You will also be responsible for safeguarding, maintaining child-to-staff ratios, and reflecting on practices to meet individual needs. A key part of the role includes leading observations and assessments of children's learning and development, maintaining up-to-date records, and supporting colleagues in their key person responsibilities. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there is potential for a permanent role and higher-level qualifications.
