About the role

This is an Early Years Apprentice position at HEADSTART COLCHESTER LIMITED. The apprentice will be responsible for caring for and supervising children in a safe and nurturing environment. They will learn to plan and prepare engaging activities tailored to individual needs, work closely with parents to set and review developmental targets, and communicate effectively with colleagues to support best practice. The role also involves promoting equality and inclusion, challenging discrimination, and ensuring all children have equal opportunities.

Essential requirements include a Level 2 qualification in Early Years or Early Years Practitioner.
