About the role

Undertake monitoring and inspections of tanks and water systems, including monthly temperature monitoring, weekly checks on flushing systems, and chlorination of hot water cylinders. This role involves taking water samples for bacteria control, liaising with laboratories, and developing an understanding of flushing rates, heat, and thermometer use. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMV), ensuring digital values are accurate, and conducting shower head cleaning, descaling, and quarterly disinfections. You will also develop an understanding of HSL risk assessments and undertake remedial works.
