About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity to become an Apprentice Fabricator/Welder with West Midlands Filtration. You will gain hands-on experience working with a small team on all aspects of fabricated items, from raw materials to completed products. This role involves using modern machinery to shape and assemble metal components. There may also be opportunities to work on-site with field service engineers nationwide in the future, though this is not a requirement. The apprenticeship will be delivered through a blended learning model, with one day per week attendance at the Engineering Campus during term-time. Upon successful completion, there is potential for further development opportunities within the company.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English: Grade 4 and above, GCSE Maths: Grade 4 and above. Strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, analytical, logical, and teamwork skills are essential.
