About the role
Ampfield Childcare Hub is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Apprentice Early Years Educator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience working with children or a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification who is looking to develop further in a nursery setting. The apprentice will provide high-quality childcare, support early childhood education, and communicate effectively with parents and staff. Responsibilities include delivering play opportunities, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment, adhering to nursery policies and legislation, supporting the staff team, and assisting with domestic duties. The apprenticeship involves working towards an Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification over 12-18 months, with hands-on learning and regular support from a Lifetime Training coach.
