About the role

As a Health & Social Care Apprentice with LOTUS HOME CARE LIMITED, you will be trained to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, taking an active role in creating and reviewing care plans, and supporting new staff. You will gain experience in administering medication, liaising with healthcare professionals, recording health and well-being, and supporting individuals with complex needs. This role emphasizes upholding safeguarding responsibilities and involves travel between clients' homes with mileage reimbursement. As a Level 3 apprentice, you will develop skills for senior roles like Lead Care Worker or Supervisor, working towards the Level 3 Apprenticeship in Adult Care. Candidates must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle, be over 18, and will require a full DBS check.
