About the role

As a Health & Social Care Apprentice at Lotus Home Care, you will be trained to deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing care plans, supporting new staff, administering medication (where trained and authorised), liaising with healthcare professionals and families, recording health and well-being, supporting individuals with complex needs, and upholding safeguarding responsibilities. You will also attend training and complete off-job learning. This Level 3 apprenticeship prepares you for senior roles such as Lead Care Worker or Supervisor. The role requires candidates to be committed, punctual, and able to work independently. A driving license and access to a vehicle are essential, and candidates must be over 18 and pass a full DBS check.
