About the role

As a Health & Social Care Apprentice at LOTUS HOME CARE LIMITED, you will be trained to deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs. Your responsibilities will include creating and reviewing care plans, supporting new staff, administering medication (where trained), liaising with healthcare professionals, recording health and well-being, and supporting individuals with complex needs. You will also uphold safeguarding responsibilities and attend training sessions for your apprenticeship. This Level 3 apprenticeship prepares you for senior roles such as Lead Care Worker or Supervisor within the adult care sector. Candidates must be able to drive, have access to a vehicle, and be over 18. A full DBS check will be required.
