About the role

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and committed individual to join our team as an Early Years Educator Apprentice. You will work alongside experienced practitioners to support the care, learning, and development of children aged 2-11 years, while working towards your Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about working with children and looking to develop a rewarding career in the early years sector. Daily responsibilities include supporting high-quality care and learning, building secure relationships with children, assisting with play-based learning, observing and recording development, supporting curriculum planning, creating a safe and stimulating environment, promoting independence, assisting with personal care, adhering to safeguarding procedures, promoting health and safety, supporting children with additional needs, developing positive relationships with parents and colleagues, and maintaining hygiene standards. Specific requirements include enjoying outdoor work, flexibility in work patterns, ideally being a driver or familiar with the nursery's location, and some experience working with children.
