About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Level 3 Early Years Educator at ISRA DAYCARE LTD. You will be responsible for providing an excellent range of activities that ensure children learn while having fun, supporting their learning and development through planning and observations, and preparing and maintaining a stimulating environment and resources. Daily tasks include preparing food for meals and supporting children's self-help needs. The role requires creativity, enthusiasm, adherence to safeguarding rules, and a commitment to maintaining health and hygiene standards. You will also undertake first aid training and any other necessary training to meet evolving standards and legal requirements. Upon successful completion, you will be a qualified Level 3 practitioner with potential for a permanent role and opportunities for career progression into social work, teaching, or management.
