About the role
Join B&Q Telford as a Showroom Advisor Apprentice and embark on a rewarding career in retail and customer service. This full-time, permanent role involves approximately 30 hours per week, with flexible shifts available Monday to Sunday between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm. You will be working towards a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship, gaining valuable skills in sales, customer interaction, and design. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of £14.10 (£26,945 FTE), with opportunities for individual and team bonuses, plus additional incentives for high performance. You will gain practical experience in coordinating projects, providing virtual and face-to-face customer support, and utilizing software to create inspirational designs.
