About the role
Join B&Q as a Showroom Advisor Apprentice and embark on a career in retail and customer service. This full-time, permanent role involves working 30 hours per week on a shift pattern, with potential earnings of £14.10 per hour plus bonuses. You'll focus on understanding customer needs, recommending finance, products, and installation options, and using design software to create inspirational customer projects. This role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales skills. You will gain ongoing training and development with the opportunity to progress within B&Q. The apprenticeship is expected to last 13 months.
