About the role

This Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship at Happy Faces 2 in Stourbridge focuses on providing high-quality childcare. Apprentices will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging activities that promote children's learning and fun. Key duties include supporting children's learning and development through observation and planning, preparing and maintaining the nursery environment and resources, and assisting with meal preparation. The role requires enthusiasm, creativity, and a strong adherence to safeguarding and health and hygiene standards. The apprenticeship includes undertaking Paediatric First Aid training and staying updated on any changes in industry standards or legal requirements. Upon completion, apprentices will gain a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. Training is delivered remotely, with weekly online sessions for the first 8 weeks and ongoing tutor support, including site visits.
