About the role

Timtin Playgroup and Kids Club is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Level 3 Early Years Apprentice. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to start a rewarding career in early years, learning from experienced practitioners and gaining hands-on experience. The apprentice will support children's learning, development, and well-being through play and activities, helping to create a safe and stimulating environment. Key duties include building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, supporting children's social, emotional, physical, and educational development, and learning about safeguarding and health and safety. The ideal candidate will be a good listener, hardworking, willing to learn, reliable, and enthusiastic about working with children, with a positive 'can-do' attitude. Previous experience is not required as comprehensive training and support will be provided. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, opportunities for higher education and further qualifications may be available.
