About the role
Little Nippers Childcare Ltd is seeking a trustworthy and attentive apprentice to join their team. The successful candidate will be involved in supervising children's playtime, engaging them in learning and play activities, and maintaining accurate records. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop confidence and the ability to work with young children through various engaging activities. You will learn how to interact effectively with young children and gain experience in teamwork and maintaining high operational standards. Supervision will be provided by qualified staff who will guide you through company policies, procedures, and Health and Safety protocols. Responsibilities also include ensuring nursery areas are tidy and clean at the end of each day.
