About the role

An exciting opportunity to start or continue your childcare career with Parenta Training, working within a welcoming early years setting at Little Village Nursery School CIC. Gain hands-on experience supporting children aged 0-5 whilst working towards a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification and developing valuable skills for a rewarding career.

Key duties include supporting children's learning and development through play and activities, assisting in creating a safe and stimulating environment, supporting children's care routines and wellbeing, building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, observing children's progress, promoting equality and inclusion, adhering to safeguarding and health and safety procedures, and working as part of a team to provide high-quality care and education.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication, organisation, teamwork, and patience skills who have a genuine passion for working with children. Successful apprentices may have the opportunity to progress to a Level 3 apprenticeship.
