About the role

An exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual passionate about early years education to join a friendly team at Forest Village Kindergarten in Morden. This Level 2 Apprenticeship will involve supporting children aged 0-5 years, acting as a key person to a small group, making learning fun, and liaising with parents/carers. You will gain hands-on experience in providing education, care, and support, both indoors and outdoors, working alongside experienced staff. Key responsibilities include assisting in daily care and supervision, supporting children's development through play, planning and preparing activities, maintaining a safe and clean environment, assisting with mealtimes and personal care, observing and recording children's progress, and building positive relationships. Training will be delivered within the nursery setting with monthly tutor visits. An Enhanced DBS check is required. Upon completion, there is an opportunity to progress to a team leader position.

DBS Service check is required. Must want to work with children aged 0-5 years.
