About the role

This Pharmacy Assistant Apprenticeship with PRUDHOE HEALTH LTD offers a fantastic opportunity to embark on a career in healthcare. As a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, providing support to customers and working collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure a safe and efficient service. You will gain a nationally recognised Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship qualification, with full training and support provided. Key responsibilities include assisting customers at the medicines counter, supporting with prescription preparation and supply (under supervision), managing stock and deliveries, using pharmacy systems, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and confidentiality. We are looking for individuals with a genuine interest in healthcare, strong communication and customer service skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
