About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to start a career in healthcare as a Level 2 Healthcare Apprentice with DMC HEALTHCARE LTD. You will earn while you learn, gain a nationally recognised qualification, and build a career within an experienced clinical team. The role involves direct patient-facing experience, learning from a multidisciplinary team of dermatologists and support professionals. Key duties include organising clinics, managing stock, setting up equipment, assisting with patient care, and undertaking delegated clinical support tasks. This apprenticeship offers a clear career progression path, with opportunities to develop skills, take on leadership responsibilities, and potentially progress to Level 3 apprenticeships and full-time HCA positions. Training will be provided on a day release basis at North Lindsey College. This is a genuine apprenticeship and offers valuable hands-on experience in a growing healthcare provider.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above. Strong communication, IT, organisational, and customer care skills are essential.
