You will be the primary point of contact for patients, contributing to the efficient operation of the practice and ensuring an excellent patient experience. This role involves studying for a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship while gaining hands-on experience in a professional dental setting. Key responsibilities include managing appointments, communicating with patients, maintaining patient records, processing payments, and ensuring a welcoming reception area. You will also support the dental team and gain an understanding of dental services.
Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 or above, along with strong administrative, IT, communication, and customer care skills.
