About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a professional dental practice while studying for your Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship. As the first point of contact for patients, the Dental Receptionist plays a key role in shaping the patient experience and ensuring the practice runs efficiently. You will develop strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills while supporting both patients and the dental team. Key duties include greeting patients, managing appointment bookings, communicating with patients, processing payments, and maintaining a welcoming reception area.
