About the role

An exciting opportunity to start or continue your childcare career with Parenta Training, working within a welcoming early years setting. Gain hands-on experience supporting children aged 0-5 whilst working towards a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification and developing valuable skills for a rewarding career. Duties include supporting children's learning and development through play, assisting in creating a safe and stimulating environment, supporting care routines, building positive relationships, observing progress, promoting equality and inclusion, following safeguarding procedures, and working as part of a team. This role requires communication, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, teamwork, initiative, and patience. Successful apprentices may progress to a Level 3 qualification.
