About the role
An exciting opportunity to continue your childcare career with Parenta Training, working within a supportive early years setting. Develop your knowledge and skills whilst working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and supporting children aged 0-5 to learn, develop and thrive.
Duties include supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework, planning and delivering engaging activities with support from experienced staff, completing observations and contributing to assessments and learning journeys, supporting children's personal, social and emotional development, promoting positive behaviour and inclusive practice, working closely with colleagues and families to support children's progress, ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of children at all times, following safeguarding, child protection and confidentiality procedures, recognising and appropriately reporting safeguarding concerns, and contributing to a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
Applicants must have a genuine passion for working with children and be committed to completing their apprenticeship qualification. This role involves regular contact with children and may include regulated activity, requiring fulfilment of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities and maintaining professional conduct. Successful applicants will be subject to safer recruitment checks.
