About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a fully qualified Kia Service and Parts Advisor. You will gain the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in customer interaction, service scheduling, communicating with technicians, handling complaints, providing advice on vehicle care and warranty, managing parts orders, invoicing, and advising on accessories. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, administrative, and teamwork skills. Upon completion, apprentices can progress into fully qualified advisor roles, customer success teams, or even sales.
