About the role

Ryman Limited is seeking an Apprentice CRM & Social Media Community Coordinator to create and execute compelling content for email and social media platforms. This role involves liaising with stakeholders, optimizing content for various channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn), and analyzing performance to grow audiences and increase engagement. The apprentice will work with gamification tools, stay updated on product launches and industry trends, and collaborate with the Social Media & Content Executive to align content plans with customer strategies. The ideal candidate will have an analytical and commercially aware mindset, strong copywriting skills, and a passion for social media and continuous improvement. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in marketing within a well-established retail brand and potentially secure a full-time position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
