About the role
Global Travel & Cruises is offering an exciting Youth Guarantee apprenticeship for motivated individuals aged 18-21. As a Travel Consultant Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in inspiring customers, creating unforgettable holidays, and developing skills for a successful career in the travel industry. Your duties will include welcoming customers, assisting with holiday enquiries, researching destinations, creating personalised quotes and itineraries, using travel booking systems, developing sales skills, communicating with customers via various channels, supporting with bookings and payments, staying updated on travel trends, and assisting with social media content. You will work alongside experienced consultants to build confidence and knowledge.
Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths and English C/4 or above. Desired skills include Communication, Attention to detail, Customer care, Administrative skills, and Initiative.
